Do you need 802.11 N?

The “N” wi-fi standard promises higher data rates and improved coverage.
But most data collection systems won’t benefit from this change until the end-devices – hand held and vehicle mounted terminals – also have “N” radios.
Other applications for “N” include VoIP (Voice over IP) telephone systems and RTLS (Real Time Location Systems).
