ADC Locator System was developed to fit a space in the inventory software
market that has largely been overlooked in recent years. Companies have
either focused on low end solutions that are limited in capabilities
and are inexpensive or created large complex warehouse systems that
can be very expensive. Between these two ends are countless warehouses
and storage areas that are too complicated for the low end systems but
can’t afford the cost or the time involved in implementing the larger
systems.
If ADC Locator is not a large, expensive warehouse management system
(WMS) then what is it? It is a powerful inventory locator system. What
is the difference? It keeps track of where your inventory is by location
just like a WMS. Receipt of purchase orders is included. Picking of
sales or production orders is also included. ADC Locator also allows
the same product to be stored in multiple locations and moved between
any locations. Every transaction is recorded for productivity reporting
and history purposes. Physical inventory and cycle counts can be done
as desired. So what is different?
The biggest difference is its lower cost and implementation in 1 to 2 days!
In addition, ADC Locator is an Open-Source application. All source code
is included so that you can modify and improve the application if you
desire.
